Our catering menus are designed to assist you in the coordination of your event. We ask that all menus be finalized 7 days prior to the event. However, we do welcome bookings within 24-48 hours. We would like to ensure fresh, available product for your event.
A final guarantee of either a guest count or quantity amount will be required four (4) business days prior to the event. Any reduction in the counts will not be accepted after the guarantee has been confirmed. If a guarantee is not received, the original figure will be used at time of the event.
We will try at all times to accommodate special requests or changes to our menu program. In some cases there will be surcharges for changes or modifications to catering or party pack menus.
Disposable flatware, plates, bowls and napkins are included for all catering and family packs.
A non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of order based upon the contracted amount. See below. Any balances will be due at pick-up or prior to delivery.

We require a minimum of 72 hours for cancellations of orders. Cancellations within 72 to 25 hours of the event will receive 50% of the deposit to the client. Within 24 hours there will be no refunds of any deposit.
Service Charge and Delivery
There will be a 10% Service Fee for handling & delivery within 20 miles of the store location. For deliveries outside of 20 miles there will be an additional $45 fee. Pick Up and To-Go orders will have a 5% Service Fee for handling. The minimum order for delivery is $400.
The minimum size order for a catering party with servers is $400. The charge for each catering personnel is $200 each for a 4 hour event. Events longer than 4 hours will receive a higher quote. Please speak with your event planner. Events scheduled further than 20 miles from the restaurant will result in additional trip charge.
